      I will share the analysis that is being discussed in Japan.
      Eren expressed a desire for Mikasa to continue thinking about him for ten years. In the manga, it's indicated that the Survey Corps returned to Paradis Island three years after the battle. Although this wasn't explicitly portrayed in the anime, the ending suggests the passage of seven cycles of seasons, implying seven years have passed. In the scenes following, it's revealed that the two individuals visiting Eren's grave are Mikasa and Jan. One could infer that after ten years of thinking about Eren, She married with Jan, who, understanding her continued feelings for Eren, came to love her for who she is.
      Mr. Isayama, the author, is truly a genius..

      eren was the traumatized kid inside. like ymir was a kid when she first fell down that tree making contact with hallucigenia and was enslaved after to this titan-tool. she also never showed up in her adult form only at the end when she was finally set free. who doesn´t want to be with their beloved ones in hard times? or wish they could go back to older ,better times. acting out of dispair and couldnt think rational or logical anymore. that is survival mode. ymir was traumabonded to the king. they were all in survival mode and that dictated their descisions. like they tried to save the baby at that cliff. showing he was breaking down inside was human. when it seems he had lost all his humanity on the outside. the whole show is showing permanent how contradicted all the characters were inside their heads based on their experiences in life. when eren was a kid he said he want to wipe out all the titans and he´s done it 🤷‍♀ no matter the fact that humans are…for the trash

      I like how attack on titan didn’t answer everything as far as what caused the titans to exists and all the lore related to that. Like, in our real world we don’t have the answers to everything there is or why we are here, so AOT has that part of realism to it. I love this show.

      Seriously what do people want with the ending, this was the only way it could end. Even if Eren stop the rumbling, everyone in the world would hunt him and his friends because of how many ppl he killed. Eren had to be killed,he has to die so no one would attack Paradis anymore and be thankful to them

      Indeed a masterpiece- both the ending and you reaction! I also thought that the baby scene was a reference to Schindler’s List, asa girl in red coat, but here a baby, as an innocent victims of cruelty in this world. And Eren crying, and then admitting that he wanted the genocide… it’s so complicated yet so human. I would never forget this anime, and so fucking happy that Isayama ended it the way he did. Thanks for your reaction! It was an amazing journey, especially that I started following you when you were still reacting to first episodes. Thank you again;)

      People who hate the ending belongs to 4 categories
      – Those who hate the world and just want to see Eren annihilates everything
      – Those who are snowflakes who can't stand seeing themselves in Eren when he broke down in front of Armin
      – Those who watch too much Disney and hope for a happily ever after ending after Eren literally did genocide 80% humanity and an anime that based on humanity's own conflict problem and war
      – Those who don't want the anime to end because the series has been with them since their young years.
