      Yeah, euthanaisa is still genocide but it's a trolley problem and if genocide is wrong then forcing a people into sterilization against their will is also bad. Like, all the options were bad because no one wanted to talk and the world alliance/Marley wanted to still bomb the fuck out of Paradis. It's just the world doing genocide against them or Zeke doing the genocide against them but either way, forced sterilization is also a terrible fucking plan towards anyone. The correct option was Marley and Eldia needed to ceasefire and compromise but sadly the people in charge didn't want that. The Rumbling is what happens when you completely subjugate, scapegoat, and collectively punish a people for existing and someone with power decides enough is enough. Eren wasn't right, but Zeke wasn't either. No one was right except Armin and Hange but Hange's weakness as a leader to do what was necessary and unrealistic optimism of the situation actively made the situation worse. One could say that the thesis of Attack on Titan is that war and genocide are fucking stupid, meaning is not inherent in life unless you create it and even then meaning doesn't have to justify being alive, and collective punishment and scapegoating of minorities always leads to disastrous results.

      Much like real life parallels, eh?

      外国のリアクターは声優の演技も聞かないし、お喋りに夢中でアニメーションも字幕も見逃すし。本当にアニメを好きなのか分からないな

      I don't know if this will be seen or not, future Eren (with the founder power) did this to make sure this would actually happen and younger Eren will be very motivated as he was to walk the path.

      If someone wants to remember episode 4 of first season commander Magath, was talking about how Eren wasn't really that special in the training or skilled, what made him top 10 was his motivation to kill the titans after his mom got killed.

      Not to mention if Eren's mom didn't die, he might have not joined the scouts and in return Mikasa and Armin might have not as well which probably would have been worse for the future of paradise Island in general.

      Eren and Dot discuss the fact that world peace is a silly idea that will never happen way back in season 1 or 2. It will never happen as long as there are people with opposing thoughts. What they did do is get rid of the Titans and make a world of peace at least for Paradise for thousands of years (the ending OST is called To you in 2000 years…or 20,000 – so i believe the boy in the ending is in thousands and thousands of years). I don't believe the Titans came back because Zeke said Titans were born from Ymirs fear anger and will to survive and never die. The boy has a companion instead of attackers and looks to the tree in wonder not survival. I think something will be born from this – but not the titans. Armin and the others successfully brought peace and they all lived long lives, and thats a good end atleast for them in my books.
