Season two 2nd cour of Toilet Bound Hanako-kun will be directed by Yohei Fukui (with Yasuhiro Nakanishi (Toilet Bound Hanako-kun) as series screenwriter and Mayuka Ito (Toilet Bound Hanako-kun) as character designer. Lerche is in charge of the animation production.

Season two is scheduled to premiere in Japan on January 12, 2025

[Synopsis]
In a world cut off from all supernatural phenomena, Nene and Akane rise once again to meet Hanako and Aoi. The clue is the Seven Wonders. Kou and Nene visit Mitsuba’s mother after learning about his death and his connection to the supernatural. They visit his grave and are invited into her home, where they learn more about Mitsuba’s life and see photos he took. 
Kou and Nene enter a mysterious, eerie house after hearing a child’s cries. Inside, they encounter young Tsukasa, who is revealed to be a resident of the Red House
