But the way the body was found, oh my gosh, now he’s struggling with that decision. Is this episode going to be about him and how he deals with all of this [ __ ] What he’s going through at home? Man, what is this animation? The direction is crazy. This [ __ ] looks insane. He cannot deal with the guilt. Shuk, she can cuz she thinks it’s a justice. Someone, you know, in fiction gets used as the scapegoat. Yeah. Uh-oh. Why’ that door close so cinematically? Like something dark and depressing is going to happen? I don’t know where this anime is going. I really don’t. I have no clue where we’re going with this story. How does this story end? Is it just going to end with Takape fixing it all going back to zero and somehow that resolves everything? That’s honestly the only way I can see it ending. Episode 4, Azuma Salvation. Here we go. That ain’t the sweat on top of the undead. He’s not He’s not cut out for this, is he? Dang. Oh my god. That’s such a good visual. He’s losing it. Oh my god. This kid’s dealing with too much. These kids are dealing with too much. Bro really thought that far ahead to even clean the fingerprints. There’s no way in real life 9year-olds are this smart. There’s just no way. There’s this This is fiction. There’s just no way. Yeah, I had no idea about that geological survey either. Uh the only geological survey I know about is in the movie Evolution. If you get that reference, shout out to you. Um but also there was a big sign. There was a big sign. Is that sign always there? Oh [ __ ] I think Taki is about to turn into some calamari. The only way this gets fixed is if Taki manages to figure out a way to fix his ship or whatever. go back to Happy Planet, get that happy clock, change back time to when everything was right as rain, and probably figure out a way to make Shizaka and Marina get along and basically just fix everything in their lives. That’s the only way cuz man, right now where we are, um, we’re cooked. We really are cooked, man. And I get where he’s coming from cuz, you know, now he’s experienced what Marina’s life was like. So, he really wants to fix stuff, you know, and he’s had a chance to reflect on that. On the other hand, though, I get where Ozuma is coming from, too. Of course, the right thing to do would be to turn yourself in. But, bro, he’s already an associate to murder. You know, they’ve done everything they’ve done. So, uh, he’s afraid that if he does, he’ll go to juvie, you know. So, I totally get where he’s coming from. But, I mean, but it’s the right thing to do. But actually, I want to say no because it is the right thing to do. Oh wow. I wonder who’s going to disagree with that. Wow. Shizuka is so unbothered by all this. It’s crazy. You know what? Honestly, it’s sad. It’s sad that she’s like this now. That she’s so detached from everything that she doesn’t even care. It’s sad. It’s so sad what’s happened to her. Dang. It’s like a damn spell. And now he seems like and now he’s he’s just inquiring. He’s just checking in on him. Thing is once again the family member will be able to pick up what’s wrong like that something’s wrong at least. But when a classmate has just been found and the you know taken out the way they were taken out there should be a lot of worry amongst all the parents all the family. So, a child being scared. Not that unusual in this situation, right? You got to say that to a policeman. Yo, ain’t no way like these other kids. Not like they bullied her so much and now these other kids are blaming her and saying, “Look at her.” When Marina was doing all the bullying, saying, “Oh, Marina, change.” And pointing the finger at her. Like, is there is there no other child that’s going to take her side? Wait, do all the kids just hate Kus? Why? What is up with this town, man? This a weird ass town. This just the worst town in the world. All the kids are like, “That [ __ ] oh my god, she’s awful. She’s like got no money, you know, like it comes from a really bad house. Her mother’s an awful mother and she’s never done anything wrong to anybody except that one time she covered up a murder. We hate her. She’s evil. That this, you know, I think we just remove the town at this point. We go full Fallout New Vegas on this [ __ ] Like, we This town is just It’s game over. Everyone, if if all the kids are acting like this, then all their parents must be [ __ ] too. Let’s just get rid of this town. Right. Most people would think that it was an adult. Yeah. Cuz Taki is pretty much the only person who knows Marina’s situation and Marina’s mom was abusive towards her. So what if like Taco Taki comes up with this plan to get the mom in trouble and having it seem like the mom is the one who killed Marina? Because they were even saying like people are saying that an adult did this. I see what you mean by that. That is very interesting. But I don’t know the way Taki is thinking right now. It doesn’t It seems like he wants to tell the truth fully. I don’t think he would scheme to have the mom being cuz I think he would probably disagree with that. Okay. Happened to me so many times. Now, this show in regards to shows airing right now is hands down, in my opinion, for me personally, top three when it comes to storytelling and animation. The animation and the quality of this show is just god tier. I love it. Like, look at the animation on him writing and rubbing on the paper. Like, bro, so good. Oh, no, no, no. He didn’t answer the last Yeah. He’s never done that bad. Yeah. Uhhuh. Oh my god. Now his mom is gonna bring a buffet to him just to throw it all on the floor and let the dog eat it. Oh my god. A 54. I I don’t know who I’m rooting for anymore. Just Taki at this point. God, the directing this episode is phenomenal. No, you’re not okay. I forgot about Chappie. I don’t even care about that [ __ ] mut anymore. I don’t even know what he looks like anymore. Anything. Uhhuh. It’s like he’s desperate for something to take his mind off his home life or something. Like it’s escapism. See, another thing I really don’t like that Shizuka is doing is um would we call it emotional manipulation? Is that the right term? I I don’t know if she’s intentionally doing it, but every time she’s saying, “Oh, you know, they’re calling me to the police station uh for summer break, and for summer break I wanted to go to Tokyo to see Chappie, you know, but can you do it instead for me, Ozma?” You know, and then of course him wanting to do better and be better, you know, especially because he likes her. He’s doing it, you know, like, oh man, really hurts to watch this. This is the smile you make when you’re a you’re you’re you’re not human anymore. You’ve surrendered or you’ve lost all your humanity and it’s not even her fault. But it is at the same time. If she goes to a school right now and kills everybody, I am not going to say, “Oh, it’s because she went through all of this.” You could say, “Yeah, it’s because she went through all of this.” But at the same time say, “Fuck that.” Like, “Fuck that kid. Awful evil little kid.” You could say these two things. You could believe these two things. Her being a child means absolutely nothing when it comes to this [ __ ] Children could be villains just as much as adults can be. I said this in the last video. Children can kill. Children can rape. Children can do these terrible things just as much as adults can. Doesn’t matter about their age. It’s as simple as that. No. No. What? What the [ __ ] I was about to say she obviously doesn’t know kindness herself. I told you that’s what was going to happen. Yo, this anime is Yo, this is sickening, bro. She’s No, she she’s doing the same thing her mom probably does to do. She probably learned that out. She’s a product of her environment. Her mom does the same. It’s crazy how the beginning of this anime I was I just felt awful for her. I hated Merina. I felt awful for her. I I I my teeth are hurting from biting down so hard during this reaction. I I’m like I’m so [ __ ] angry. And now we’re on episode four. I’m angry at her, the victim. What’s wrong with me? What has happened? I feel awful. Something must be wrong with me. I’m just stressed watching this. Stressed. I’m so stressed. Stressed out. I don’t know what to say half the time, too. I see. I guess maybe his brother dyed his hair later on in life. That statement that Shizuka just said to Azuma is still in my head. Living rentree, bro. I’m I’m still there. I’m not even here. What? Nah, Shizuka. Nah. That’s really good. Still like the expectations of being perfect. The expectations of getting a 100. It’s kind of like a stereotype for like Asian culture. Like every Asian you encounter has to be smart. They they all my Asian friends, they were all like [ __ ] smart. I never really thought about what they go through at home. So, it’s like crazy to be an adult now and to think about that. They’re different people. Shut the [ __ ] up. Why can’t she get uh camera? How can this stupid mother not see how amazing her son is? The [ __ ] does that mean? If I dress like Kim Jong-un, I have to start bombing places. I hate how there’s compet competition between the two siblings, the two brothers. Competition is not a bad thing, but it’s the way that the His mom is parenting, bro. Like, just that comparing one child to another is just not it. I don’t care. The the the main discussion was about how everybody feels so bad for Merina. No one ever felt bad about Shazaku. It was all about Marina, the [ __ ] bully. How about we put all of that energy and care and passion into the kid that has a rope around their [ __ ] neck? But it’s like all the discussion is about Merina. And if you don’t feel that way about Merina, if you don’t feel bad about her situation, you’re evil. I don’t think it’s evil at all for me to want justice for this kid. For me not to uh h want this kid to go through this [ __ ] because look, Marina’s dead, but her and what she did to Shizaku, look at the effects. She killed her without even killing her. So you can say she’s just as much dead right now as Marina. They’re both dead. She’s dead in the grave. She’s dead inside. I just want to go through this screen and just give these parents a piece of my mind, these teachers, everybody involved using his big brother as inspiration to be like, you know, a hero and and but he’s thinking about it in the context of I have to I have to win here. I cannot I cannot Yeah. So then he ends up putting all of his energy into this and he and he keeps failing and keeps getting denied it. Are we going to see the mom’s gone through some [ __ ] too? Maybe she was in surgery, let someone die. Okay. Did everything. No, I’m not feeling sorry for the mom. I’m just saying there’s a story behind everything. Yeah, I didn’t clock that. Yeah, he saw the uh similarities and the looks at least between those two. Yeah. No, I did not pick that at all. But you No, you were right in saying that he was the she was the substitution almost like Yeah. pleasing the girl. I forgot her name. Sorry. Like he’s pleasing his mother. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. I don’t like how this episode’s going to end. I feel the most pain for this kid, I think, out of every kid in the series. I wonder if he’s going to turn himself in for her. It’s an actual real complex and it’s [ __ ] heartbreaking to see because this kid just doesn’t deserve to be brought into all of this mess at all. She’s become the little version of his mother. That’s why he was so quick to like cuz I was wondering. I’m like, it all makes sense. You’re just going to go on this uh on this mission now. He never had that and Shizuka gave him that and that’s why he’s so head over heels for her, right? And he’s willing to do anything for her. Oh no. But it’s because of how they were molded to be this way by their parents. All the parents have put them through. Ah, it’s it’s sad. They’re doing a great job at giving us an insight into how they think and feel. It is crazy. All of these children are acting this way because of how their parents have treated them. All of them. All of this. Like that feels like the whole point in this anime. That is the core. That is the message. This is an anime about bad kids. This is an anime about bad parents. This is an anime about parents who should never have been parents, who need to pay more attention, who need to be good, decent [ __ ] human beings and look after their kids and show them affection, show them love. You ever want to know how to be a [ __ ] parent? You watch this anime. And if you’re a parent watching this right now and you do anything that any of these parents do, just know you are part of that problem. Look at your children. All right? Look at your precious children. The only thing those things ever want from you is love and affection and caring and nurturing. That’s what they need. That’s what they need. Care for them and look after them. Just do the opposite of these horrible evil men. No, don’t do it. No. Is he going to do it? Is he going to take the fall for her? She’s really okay with this. The one person in her life, the one person she has, she wants to [ __ ] over. She’s really okay with this. mental man episode was written so well though. Yeah. All the only thing on her mind is like Chappie so she’s not thinking about like the repercussions of like sending him in there. Yeah. Like my mom gave up on me, right? I think I hate her as much as I hated Marina now. This is This is just as bad. This is just as bad of what Marina did. It’s like not even about physical pain. Emotional pain could be on the same level as physical pain. Just because she’s not bloody him up doesn’t mean that he’s not going through the same pain as she did. Oh my [ __ ] god. She became her enemy. She became what she hated. This is so sad. Like another child being taken advantage of. This is dark, bro. This is This is dark. He’s never been so happy, but he’s about to go and just ruin everything. Oh my god. Poor kid. Damn it. That’s shocking. That’s why, pause it real quick. That is why it’s so important as a parent to give your child the affection that they need and they want because guess what? If you don’t give it to them, someone else will. Someone else outside of the home. And that’s exactly what happened here. He was seeking an acceptance. He was seeking love. and he couldn’t find it at home. He found it elsewhere and it’s going to get him in a lot of trouble. Come on. Come on. Please. Please. Please tell me he looked and he knows his brother’s taking the fall. What now? What now? Say the evidence. Oh [ __ ] Now this has to be an illusion. His brother’s a caring dude. This is not This is not real. Well, he did not say that. It’s a shame that he views him as as the demon essentially. No, cuz he could really have a friend in him. Yeah. If his mother didn’t ruin their relationship. You have someone to talk to right here. I don’t want to see this kid go down for this. There has to be some kind of satisfaction from this, right? There’s got to be some kind of Every episode just kicks you further down this hole. every episode, every scene, every moment, everything. Where’s the [ __ ] happiness? This is going to be the best adult in the show right here. But because of the way he sees his brother and the, you know, the way his mother has treated him, he sees his brother as like competition, you know. Oh, man. Dude, if this kid actually actually goes to Juvie, I’m going to be so angry. Yes. Yeah. Yes. But he has the evidence still on him. You see, he’s always checking up on him and [ __ ] too. Yeah. Right. Right. This episode is incredibly animated. Come on. There we go. Finally some somebody Bro, I was losing my mind. I’m like, bro, where is going? There we go. Come on, Junior. Stepping up. Yeah, but he has been. He has been. No, he has like, you know, it seems like he’s a good brother. We have the hero of the story, Junior. I needed this. This has been such a hard watch. I needed this moment. I needed this moment. I needed this so bad. I needed something. I needed something. This anime has just been kicking the [ __ ] out of me from the moment I pressed play on episode one. No way. The Monster Hunter shout out. Crazy. W Capcom. Yeah, you might have just saved this kid’s life. It’s the father figure for him. It’s why every kid needs their dad. Needs a dad. Needs a mother and a dad. You know, mother serves their purpose. Father serves his purpose. Every child deserves a mom and a dad, bro. Um, and that’s not disrespecting those that don’t have a choice or have like a single parent or whatever. Some of them, mo, a lot of them do their best, but um, you know, in this case would do so much better with a mom and a dad. And Junior for him, the older brother is kind of like his father figure or the only parent he essentially has. This episode was bloody rough ass, man. Okay, so how does this pan out? She about to enter her villain arc, bro. What’s with the One Piece reference now? Yeah, I know. So, he still took the fall for it. No way, bro. She literally hit Taki with the I give this hat to you. Bring it back to me someday. What? What in the One Piece, bro? And she still doesn’t care. She wants to go to Tokyo. This [ __ ] crazy. You’re calling children [ __ ] Yeah, they’re [ __ ] She wants Choppy is his name. The doggy. Yeah. Not a good idea. Chappie is dead. I didn’t expect that switch up there at the end. Chappie is the only thing that makes her happy. Feel like I spend the whole time holding my breath. Me too. Oh, I have like so much anxiety. But it makes sense cuz no adult has ever stood up for her before. Why would they? Totally. Totally. But I’m just talking about the timing. Oh. Oh, totally. Yeah. It’s It’s a disaster. So, Osma did do it or Ni. Yeah. Mhm. I hope they in the next episode give us a little bit more context as to what was actually done and said because it is implied basically that it was now like the younger brother but also you know what does he say a little octopus you know did a thing right? No no no he he said I did it. That’s why I’m saying it’s I I thought the implication was something else that he didn’t do that and that’s why Shiza was like I can’t count on him. Well, they said he had something to do with the murder, like, right? Because he Well, okay. I can’t wait to continue on and see how the story plays out. I think we can all agree that Shizuka is insane. She’s insane, bro. What? I felt so bad for Ozma throughout this whole episode, man. Ah, all he wanted to do was just be better and be perfect at everything. Thanks to his mother trying to mold him to be the perfect child, you know, just like his brother. Oh my gosh, that really messed him up. But I’m glad he was able to open up to his brother. And I’m glad he has a caring brother. You know, throughout the episode, you could see he was trying his best to uh really find out how he was doing. He’s a genuine nice brother, and I really love that about him. I guess Azume went to the cops with the camera and uh turned himself in, but judging from what those ladies were saying, uh it doesn’t seem like the cops believe it, and they believe somebody put him up to it. Um and they believe it’s probably Shizuka. So, so I can’t wait to see how the next episode plays out and whether they’re going to go with the lead of uh, you know, still suspecting that Shizuka is the one responsible and uh, you know, grab her and, you know, take her to Juvie. The only way this gets fixed is if Tak figures out a way to go back to Happy Planet, get that happy clock and go back in time and fix everything. That’s the only way we fix this, you know, cuz right now we’re we’re too far we’re too far into this madness, bro. It’s crazy. Can we all agree that this episode was episode of the year? And if Takopi’s original sin doesn’t win anime of the year at Crunchyroll 2026, anime is dead because this anime is perfect. This episode was a masterpiece. Probably one of the best episodes I’ve ever watched of anything. The direction, 10 out of 10. The music, 10 out of 10. The the dynamic between the brothers, 10 out of 10. the little turn for Shiaku listening to her inner demons becoming what she hates. 10 out of 10. [ __ ] love this story. And then people are going to come to my comments or they expect me to say, “Oh, Marina did nothing wrong.” If she never did that [ __ ] this would have never happened to Shazaku. And that’s not me making an excuse. If I was making an excuse, I’ i’d be sitting here saying, “Oh, I don’t blame her at all. It’s all Marina’s fault.” No. You know what? Wait, wait, wait. It is Marina’s fault, but it’s also Shazaku’s fault. There you have it. Did you expect me to say something else for some [ __ ] weird reason? I mean, we were going to watch the last four and then do a discussion afterwards, but that episode was so good that there’s just a couple of things that I sort of want to uh talk about at least because not only was it written super well, but like the colors and the animation styles and the way they were sort of able to manifest Auma’s thoughts into that sort of very unique style of animation, I thought was extremely well done. and then the way they were sort of tying everything up back to his mom cuz I don’t know about you, like there’ll be a jarring scene in this anime and then they’ll sort of give context to that maybe like an episode or two later and I was like why is he just sort of complicit in this murder case all of a sudden just cuz he’s got a little crush cuz he he seems very switched on. Yeah. He’s very smart for his age. Well, you then find out it’s because he’s sort of got a people pleasing issue and how do you say it? Like he feels inferior to sort of everyone else. Inferiority. what’s it called? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, you’re maybe expecting his brother to have bashed him in his spare time or something like that and then you find out he’s just scared of rejection and that scene at the end with his brother was so good, man. The colors changing and all that. Magnificently done. Yeah. Isuma was just like the star of the show for me. Or his story just spoke to me the most because I don’t know when you’re a kid and you feel like you’ve done something wrong, it literally feels like the world is crumbling around you. And the way that they showed that for him was so unreal. I felt like I was living through him. I was stressed. Oh, the direction of the episode was magnificent, wasn’t it? Yeah. And like with the pancakes. Yeah. Mean, man. Like all he wanted to do was just eat his pancakes and feel like he really earned them, but his brother came in the picture and really broke down the walls. And I love how he said they’re not good anyway. But the bigger meaning being that it’s not as good as you think it feels to like Yeah. be number one or whatever. Yeah. Now, this show in regards to shows airing right now is hands down in my opinion for me personally top three when it comes to storytelling and animation. in regards to regard in regard to safety. This product meets all standards. Hand down. Without a doubt. Definitely. This is hands down the best episode of the season. When it comes to come to when it comes to animation, this studio is unmatched. Storytelling. Storytelling. The storytelling in this anime is fantastic. Now, this show in regards to shows airing right now is hands down in my opinions personally top three when it comes to storytelling and animation. This episode was bloody rough ass, man. Rough ass. That was one rough ass battle. This episode was bloody rough ass, man.
