Saint Germain was a real historical figure who was known for being extremely mysterious. No one knows his real name or origins, and he made crazy claims like being 500 years old.

Someone on Patreon already mentioned how Richard's Excalibur works, but I will also put it here; His version can turns anything he hold onto into Excalibur, but the strength of that Excalibur will scale with the object he uses as a base, so the twig-calibur he made here isn't all that strong, the animation makes it look more impressive than it is. Also, even if he managed to get his hand on the real Excalibur somehow and use his Noble Phantasm to allow him to use it, it will still not be actually as strong as it would be in Artoria's hands.
Oh, and btw, 20: 16 the feet of someone taking a stick and declare "A Knight does not die with empty hands" was actually Lancelot's, which was the legend that gave him Noble Phantasm that allows him to pick up anything, including other Noble Phantasm, and turn them into his NP in Fate/Zero.
Also St: Germain being a historical figure was also, among other stuff, known as a posssible time traveler. That is probably why he had a car that he could just summon.

i'm guessing you're thinking of the track club but yes, that's them, that scene is straight from the beginning of Fate/Hollow Ataraxia
similar to Prisma Illya, Strange Fake is a spin-off to Hollow Ataraxia first and foremost, though while Prisma Illya takes itself seriously, Strange Fake is just goofy fun
that's also why Strange Fake is mostly action instead of the usual focus on character drama Fate fans are familiar with, it's a parody of the Fate formula, almost like it's a fake, perhaps even a strange one
also the grail mud mentioned is the stuff Kirei threw at Shirou during their fight, it's how we learn Avenger's true name in the first place

This NP its so so strong than Rider AIxcandar (Fate Zero), because if Rider wanted summoned his Army he needs to bring his enemy to his Reality Marble.
But Richard Noble Phantasm doesn't need bring his enemy to reality marble, but he literally can summoned them in real world…
Its same as he summoned his army as the servants but they only can used their skill, Technique or Magic. Not their Noble Phantasm…
But because this NP so strong, not many Master can used Richard Full Potential Nobel Phantasm, because its literally one master have SERVANT ARMY…
Its need so many many magical energy, so huge in level you need Holy Grail its self to used his full potential…
Even Ayaka only can summoned 7 People in same time… (Its mean Ayaka Handle 7 or 8 Servant in same time)….
Soo when many mage so confused WHY AYAKA HAVE SO SO MANY MAGICAL ENERGY, is understandable….
I mean in normal mage eyes, ayaka is literally A WALKING HOLY GRAIL, her mana so many and that its not level human can have, a specially in this era….
I do like how they referenced Richard I's real history with the assassin cult during the 3rd Crusade.
