12:22 this shot of Saber hits so deep.
Everything in this fight was just perfect.
Shirou and Rider trusting eachothers,
The guitar getting more brutal as the fight gets closer to an end
and then this shot of Saber in pain, looking like she would still be able to recover because I, at least, have grown affection towards her, but knowing theres no turning back, Shirou still decides to kill her.
This was indeed, one of the best anime fights in all aspects and I couldnt ask for anything else.

"The original fate series has ended forever" well… there is one more route for Ufotable to adapt if they really want to… There is also the sequel to Stay Night as well. But that's a whole other beast.
brooo alot of fate newcomers watch this list for the "best" fate fights. This list was not that good, theres so much great ones out there and they are missing out

i think there should be more of FGO on this list. Like, Lancelot vs Agravain, Bediviere vs The Lion King, Kingu vs Gilgamesh, Leonidas and Ushiwakamaru vs Gorgon, Tiamat vs Everyone ( and Especially Quetzalcoatl vs Tiamat) and even some apocrypha fights, like Karna vs Sieg, Mordred vs Seminaris, Achille and Jeanne vs Atalanta. Not saying all of them, but some of those really deserve a spot
